Welcome!
A warm welcome to our parish web site. We invite you to share in the Christian worship and witness of the Anglican community in our three churches. We are part of the world wide Anglican Church, the Deanery of Southampton, which is within the Diocese of Winchester. We are also members of the ecumenical Bassett and Swaythling Covenant of Churches.
There are three churches in the Parish:
- St Nicolas Parish Church, North Stoneham
- All Saints', Winchester Road
- St. Michael & All Angels', Bassett Avenue

The churches welcome people who want to get involved, or who just want to try us out. Our vision is to draw people closer to God, and to be drawn closer to God by others. We believe in a God who encourages us to ask questions, doubt, believe, experiment, laugh, cry, be silent, and most of all live!
As articulated in our vision statement, we believe that our churches provide a distincitve and inclusive ethos, one that aims to offer a variety of opportunities for everyone to explore the spiritual side of life and to take the next step on their journey to discover the "word of life".
